Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
For return eligibility, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Some items are not eligible for return. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Some returns are only eligible for partial refunds:
- Book with obvious signs of use
- Any item returned not in its original condition, or damaged or missing parts, for reasons not caused by our error
- Any item not returned within the 30-day return policy after delivery
Refunds
Please contact our customer care department for approval before sending your return. After receiving your message, we will contact you with return instructions. Once we receive it and inspect it, we will email you to confirm receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Once approved, we will process your refund and automatically apply it to your credit card or original payment method within 48 hours.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund within 10 business days, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. Often, the reason for the delay is the required processing time, which delays the posting of a refund.

Sale items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Sale items are not eligible for a refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at customercare@alevkara.com, and we will email you the address to return your item.
Gifts
If the item you’re returning was a gift shipped directly to you, a gift certificate will be issued once it is received.
However, if the item you’re returning was a gift shipped directly to the gift giver and then given to you. Per our return policy, we will issue a refund to the gift giver and apply the credit to the original payment method. A notification of the return and credit will be automatically sent to the purchaser.
Shipping returns
To return your product, you should contact us at customercare@alevkara.com we will email you the address to return your item or items.
You will be responsible for your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
